Care Assistants urgently required for a residential care home based in Hanwell (W7) - Live out.Duties: Looking after the elderly who are disabled; have Dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Feeding them; bathing them; cleaning them; dressing them; getting them in and out of bed. This is a physically demanding role. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Manual Handling. However, other applicants will be considered.
We need workers who are flexible as the work is on a rota basis and minimum 11 hours each working day/night. Each week you will work different days/weekends, E.g. Mon/Wed/Sat or Sat/Sun/Tue/Wed (these are just examples)
The positions are full-time only and you must be able to work more than 33 hours. Additional hours may be required so you must be available to work at short notice to cover sickness or staff shortages on some occasions.
